Welcome to the Keystone Hash House Harriers (KH3)!!

 

We are a group of runners dedicated to upholding the charter of the Hash House Harriers, the international “drinking club with a running problem”

 

The goals of hashing, from a 1950 club registration card for the Hash House Harriers in Kuala Lumpur are:

 

1.  To promote physical fitness among our members

2.  To get rid of weekend hangovers

3.  To acquire a good thirst and to satisfy it with beer

4.  To persuade the older members that they are not as old as they feel

 

Keystone HHH strives to provide challenging 3-6 mile runs through the finest shiggy Southcentral Pennsylvania has to offer.  Our trails are all live, all the time.
